EBSCO Income Properties LLC, led by Vice President and General Manager Leslie L. Yeilding, is broadening EBSCO’s real estate presence by building a portfolio of multi-family assets.

The goal of this EBSCO subsidiary is to invest in multi-family assets through acquisitions and to add value through physical upgrades, professional management, and a focus on customer service, resulting in higher rental rates, subsequent value appreciation, and superior risk-adjusted returns for the company. Investments will be held for both short- and long-term ownership holding periods.

Assets will primarily include existing properties built in the 1990s and early 2000s with a geographic focus on locations in the Southeastern United States.
