A licensed real estate broker in the State of Alabama, EBSCO Realty manages the real estate duties and functions related to the leased and owned properties of EBSCO Industries and its subsidiaries. EBSCO Realty maintains master lease files and master real estate legal document files for EBSCO holdings around the world.

Through the expertise of EBSCO Engineering, led by General Manager Danny Pardue, EBSCO Realty ensures that all Birmingham-area properties receive regular, preventive maintenance and upkeep. EBSCO Realty maintains local contacts to monitor and ensure EBSCO properties located outside the Birmingham area are maintained in the manner expected by EBSCO for all operating properties.

EBSCO Realty is located in The Town of Mt Laurel. As a service to EBSCO Development Company, EBSCO Realty acts as the internal leasing agent for Town Center buildings owned by EBSCO. EBSCO Realty also works closely with EBSCO department managers to coordinate activities related to the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned property.
