EBSCO Industries maintains a state-of-the-art technology operation. Our International Headquarters located in Birmingham, Alabama, houses our primary data center facility that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The Information Systems and Services Department consists of 200 plus technical professionals supporting all phases of EBSCO’s business activities worldwide. EBSCO’s internal network processes over one million transactions each day, with an additional three million plus hits per month being recorded on our World Wide Web servers.
