1999	Vulcan Information Packaging acquired ImageSource based in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
1999	PRADCO Outdoor Brands acquired Outdoors America, Inc., manufacturers of Code Blue deer scents and attractants.
1999	EBSCO acquired NoveList, the leading advisory service in the U.S. that helps readers locate fiction books by title, author or subject classification.
1999	EBSCO acquired the Berlin-based Lange & Springer subscription agency and mail-order bookseller.
1999	EBSCO was recognized by the Newcomen Society of North America for its growth and influence in the various industries in which it operates.
2000	EBSCO Information Services introduced EBSCO Book Services, which sells books via the Internet.
2000	EBSCO acquired Tinker Business Forms in Pelham, Alabama.
