EBSCO Income Properties LLC, led by Vice President and General Manager Leslie L. Yeilding, CCIM, will build and maintain a portfolio of multi-family assets over a pre-determined holding period.

The goal of the EBSCO Industries, Inc. subsidiary is to acquire and maintain multi-family investments located within the Southeastern United States that outperform the market regarding returns for the Company.

Assets will include newly built and stable properties up to seven years old; properties built in the late 80’s and 90’s that require some level of rehab and upgrading that result in higher income, value, and returns to the Company; and student housing niche properties that are well located and at major universities.

By providing superior investment strategy and asset management EBSCO Income Properties, LLC will build a long-term profitable portfolio of income producing real estate assets.
