New Name, Same Trusted Brands – Vitronic/Four Seasons/Admanco

After 18 months of integration, Vitronic/Four Seasons and its recent acquisition, Admanco, have come together under one new name: Vitronic Promotional Group. Vitronic Promotional Group will maintain its individual brands – Admanco, Four Seasons and Vitronic – and their respective product lines that are well rooted in the promotional products industry.

All three brands specialize in their own unique promotional product field – Vitronic in business accessories and calendars; Four Seasons in umbrellas and headwear; and Admanco in bags, totes and lifestyle items. Admanco was acquired by Vitronic/Four Seasons after customers began requesting a wider, more contemporary, bag selection.

The new name will be released slowly over the next few months. As of mid July, announcements of the name change had been made in-house and to two leading trade organizations. The name release will continue gradually through traditional and non-traditional means.

“As recognized leaders in their respective product categories, our brand names will be the building blocks of our corporate identity,” Kates said. “We will roll out our new identity throughout the remainder of the year.”

“You have to make multiple hits to really drive a message home,” said JoAnn Riley-Beckman, director of marketing. “A lot of major communication will also occur at a tradeshow next year. Until then, we are rolling it out in phases. There is a lot of behind-the-scenes work to be done still.” Vitronic/Four Seasons acquired Admanco in January 2005. The acquisition brought the two age-old and highly respected promotional product brands together under one roof and helped Vitronic/Four Seasons gain more clout in the marketplace.
