Mark Gregory was appointed general manager of Moultrie Feeders, in Alabaster, Ala., in January 2006.
In January 2006, Mark Gregory joined Moultrie Feeders as general manager and brought with him a common-sense approach to conducting business that is reminiscent of his service in the U.S. Navy. Gregory also credits his managerial success to past professors at Harvard. “I was a student of some of the finest business minds in the world while at Harvard,” he said. “I consider myself blessed to have had both of these experiences.”

Gregory served in the U.S. Navy from May 1992 to August 2001. During this time, he served as an officer and aviator and made three overseas deployments while assigned to Patrol Squadron One. He flew various missions, including follow-on support of Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Fox, and his travels took him to 16 countries and four continents. He holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from the United States Naval Academy and a master of business administration from the Harvard Business School.

Gregory joined the EBSCO family in 2004 as management consultant to Dixon Brooke, EBSCO president and CEO. Today Gregory looks forward to his new challenge as general manager for Moultrie Feeders.
“I look forward to working with our team of exceptional people who make Moultrie the No. 1 feeder and digital game camera seller in the world,” he said. “I strongly believe that people are a company’s greatest asset.”

Gregory also served as interim general manager for EBSCO Promotional Products, as well as Carry-Lite Decoys. Gregory said he will truly miss these dedicated staffs with whom he worked for a short time.

Gregory hopes to build on Moultrie’s exceptional products and strong commitment to customer service to help the company reach its highest potential. “I want Moultrie recognized as an industry-wide total game management solution company,” Gregory said. “This is a big expectation; however, life is too short to dream small dreams.”

For the first 18 years of his life, Gregory lived in Montana and was an active outdoorsman. He said some of his fondest memories are those spent at the Yellowstone River fly-fishing with his father and grandfather. “I am very excited at the prospect of having a job that reconnects me to the outdoor world,” he said. When not at work, Gregory enjoys spending time with his wife, Theresa, and son, James.

Gregory is a decorated naval officer, having earned the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Battle Excellence Commendation, Sea Service Deployment Award, Rifle Marksman Award and Pistol Marksman Award.
