The International Headquarters’ Accounting Department, led by Chief Accounting Officer Carol M. Johnson, establishes corporate accounting policies and practices to ensure that EBSCO Industries’ accounting structure remains sound. The department helps prepare the company for future growth by providing accurate and prompt management accounting for a competitive business environment.

The Chief Accounting Officer oversees and manages accounting functions necessary for decisions made by the Board of Directors. The IH Accounting Department includes the departments of Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and EIS Accounts Receivable.

Accounting
Under the direction of Heather Moore, Jessica Kelley, Tonia Shore, and Bobby Wasden, Accounting maintains monthly reports and analyses of every EBSCO entity. This information is reported to the Board of Directors and General Managers.

Payroll
Directed by Wanda Lauderdale, Payroll maintains the company payroll and associated reporting, including the Profit Sharing Trust records.

Accounts Payable
Accounts Payable processes timely payments to EBSCO Industries’ many suppliers located throughout the world. Each payment is issued with care and diligence to protect the company’s relationships with its vendors.

EIS Accounts Receivable
Directed by Ginny Thornton, EIS Accounts Receivable ensures the timely processing and recording of all accounts receivable reports for EBSCO Information Services and provides accounts receivable information to EBSCO’s international managers in their local currencies.
