ADM PicEBSCO's Administrative Services Division consists of several service departments with diverse responsibilities relating to EBSCO Industries overall operation.

Purchasing & Facilities Management

  • General purchasing
  • Intra-company employee orders
  • Mailing lists
  • Negotiate and implement national contracts
  • Oversee facility management and construction
  • EBSCO Business Center offers space planning and sales of office furniture, equipment, and supplies.
Warehouse
  • Receives, stores, inventories and ships intra-company materials and products for various EBSCO divisions
  • Handles Headquarters package delivery, shipping and tracking
  • liaison with profit centers on company-wide courier and freight issues
  • Provides shuttle service to and from IH remote parking lot
Mail Services
  • Processes millions of pieces of mail
  • Provides delivery service to Birmingham area locations
Cafeteria
  • Breakfast served from 6:45 AM to 10:00 AM
  • Lunch served from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
