EBSCO's Administrative Services Division consists of several service departments with diverse
responsibilities relating to EBSCO Industries overall operation.
Purchasing & Facilities Management
- General purchasing
- Intra-company employee orders
- Mailing lists
- Negotiate and implement national contracts
- Oversee facility management and construction
- EBSCO Business Center offers space planning and sales of office furniture, equipment,
and supplies.
Warehouse
- Receives, stores, inventories and ships intra-company materials and products for various EBSCO divisions
- Handles Headquarters package delivery, shipping and tracking
- liaison with profit centers on company-wide courier and freight issues
- Provides shuttle service to and from IH remote parking lot
Mail Services
- Processes millions of pieces of mail
- Provides delivery service to Birmingham area locations
Cafeteria
- Breakfast served from 6:45 AM to 10:00 AM
- Lunch served from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
