EBSCO believes very strongly in providing a working environment that is free from unwelcome harassment and discrimination. Such an environment is possible only when employees take responsibility for their own behavior and, when a situation that possibly violates our policy occurs, reporting it to an appropriate person.

To report what you believe is a violation of our anti-harassment/discrimination policy, immediately contact your division’s general manager. Alternatively, you may report a violation of our anti-harassment/discrimination policy to Human Resources at International Headquarters. To contact Human Resources, call (205) 991-6600. The personnel in Human Resources to which you may report such a violation include:
