MICROSOFT TRAINING CLASSES –MS courses are outsourced through a corporate contract with New Horizons Learning Center in Homewood, AL. The class duration is generally one day. The department/division is charged approximately $150 per day per level with an exception of Access classes which last two days and run $450 per level. MICROSOFT TRAINING MANUALS –MICROSOFT TRAINING MANUALS-If an eight-hour instructor-led course is not needed due to a program upgrade, new position, change in process, etc., HR & Training will supply the manuals that participants receive at New Horizon Learning Center during class that include exercise files.
