MICROSOFT TRAINING CLASSES –MS courses are outsourced through a corporate contract with New Horizons Learning Center in Homewood, AL. The class duration is generally one day. The department/division is charged approximately $150 per day per level with an exception of Access classes which last two days and run $450 per level. MICROSOFT TRAINING MANUALS –MICROSOFT TRAINING MANUALS-If an eight-hour instructor-led course is not needed due to a program upgrade, new position, change in process, etc., HR & Training will supply the manuals that participants receive at New Horizon Learning Center during class that include exercise files. Submit the program version and the course level (beginning, intermediate, advanced) to: Kim Pardue.
