EBSCO Creative Concepts gains new clients and offers additional tools to existing customers

ECCMigrates to New Web Store Platform

EBSCO Creative Concepts (ECC) provides more than just quality marketing products for fulfillment and drop-ship service; they go above and beyond to create branded Web stores for clients. Corporate customers use these Web stores to keep their brands consistent throughout regional and national branches. Recently, these sites were moved to a new, more sophisticated platform, E-commerce Gold, that has helped to streamline the internal processes to be more efficient and most importantly, to offer more capabilities for customers. “Improving the process and assuring we can meet and exceed customer expectations is an ongoing goal at ECC,” said Michael Hoye, manager of operations. ECC clients who benefit from Web stores range in size and industry, and currently include businesses in banking, healthcare and direct selling.

CareSouth Looks to ECC for Brand Support

One of ECC’s newest customers is CareSouth, a multi-state home healthcare and homecare management services provider. Although headquartered in Augusta, Ga., CareSouth has a vast reach across the southern part of the country, as far west as California. ECC is CareSouth’s first-ever fulfillment supplier and has become a one-stop shop for them. ECC’s ability to meet drop-ship and fulfillment needs in a timely manner, personal service, consistency and in-house inventory appealed to CareSouth. “ECC’s new relationship with CareSouth is a benefit to both organizations,” said Ed Kerr, national sales manager. “CareSouth has gained a marketing partner to help spread their brand through cost-effective promotions, and ECC has gained more ground as a fulfillment provider in the growing health care industry.” ECC handles all the hassles and maintenance of managing inventory of various marketing products while CareSouth maintains brand integrity.

Trustmark National Bank Finds a Marketing Partner in ECC

In February 2010, ECC gained a bigger foothold in the banking industry when Trustmark National Bank chose ECC as its Web store partner. Headquartered in Jackson, Miss., with branches in Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi and Texas, Trustmark, like other financial institutions, saw value in the service ECC provides to ensure quality and consistency in the products while making it easy to manage the associated budget. The greatest appeal is the ability for the home office to ensure the brand is protected throughout the various branch offices. Rachel Hart, sales account executive, said, “ECC brings fresh ideas and trends to the financial industry that can benefit each client in keeping with their marketing and advertising campaigns.”
