MetaPress® Appoints Business Development Director for Europe

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – August 28, 2012 – MetaPress®, an industry-leading hosting service for scientific, technical, and medical content, announces that it has retained Mark Carden to act as director of sales, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Carden is a technology and education consultant with more than 15 years experience in business development for scholarly content, software and service providers.  Carden will continue as principal consultant at Naughton Consulting Ltd. “I am delighted to be undertaking this assignment with MetaPress,” said Carden, “with the focus on growing awareness and customer base for MetaPess across the EMEA region.”
