New YUM F2 Wreaks Havoc On Major Bass Tournament Trails

The YUM F2, “Ferocity Squared,” attractant has only been on the market a few months, but it’s already making a huge splash. During only the second tournament of the 2011 Bassmaster Elite season at Florida’s St. John’s River, YUM F2-sponsored Edwin Evers came from behind to capture the victory. Coming in second was fellow YUM F2 pro Terry “Big Show” Scroggins. And third was yet another YUM pro, Alton Jones. All three credited their success to new YUM F2 baits.

“F2 contains an emulsifier, which aids in scent dispersal and helps the fish find it easier, but the real special aspect is that the specific enzymes and amino acids in F2 Attractant are the same ones that a baitfish produces when it’s stressed or panicked,” PRADCO-Fishing Director of Operations George West said. “Even if the bass is inactive, the scent tells them that there’s an easy meal nearby and prompts the fish into action.”

Just a week after the YUM pros swept the Bassmaster Elite tournament, YUM-sponsored Jason Christie took the lead by pounds the first day of the FLW Tour, the other major bass tournament trail, and never relinquished it. He credited many of his fish to the YUM F2 Mighty Bug. “To get a first, second and third place finish in Florida’s Citrus Slam, then follow it up with a win by more than 10 pounds in an FLW event was the perfect launching pad for a new product line,” said PRADCO-Fishing Marketing Director Andy Carroll.
