PRADCO-Fishing Acquires Money Minnow

PRADCO-Fishing has acquired the Pheonix, Ariz. based Moneylures.com and is now producing the extremely popular Money Minnow and Fat Money Minnow swimbaits .

“Soft-plastic swimbaits are the absolute hottest product category on the market,” said Andy Carroll, director of sales and marketing for PRADCO-Fishing. “With the acquisition of Money Minnow, we have leapfrogged our competition.”

Carroll considers the Money Minnow the next generation of soft-plastic swimbait, and he pointed out that a special belly slot makes this bait easier to rig than any of its predecessors. “That translates into more consistent performance. It also means that anglers of all expertise levels will enjoy success with this product,” Carroll said.

The Money Minnow and Fat Money Minnow, which have been added to the YUM® brand, will be heavily promoted through YUM’s television affiliates Bill Dance and Jimmy Houston. Money Minnows will also receive an extensive print advertising campaign as well as endorsements by some of the strongest staples of pro fishermen in the industry today. The YUM pro staff includes Alton Jones, winner of the 2008 Bassmaster Classic, and Elite pros such as Edwin Evers, Terry “Big Show” Scroggins, Zell Rowland and Timmy Horton.
