Veronica Tucker Named ISS Director of Technical Services

In her new role as director of Technical Services in Information Systems and Services (ISS), Veronica Tucker will manage all departments within the Technical Services group in addition to continuing her role as information security manager. “The support and management of our technology and infrastructure and information security is now more important than ever before, with customers, both internal and external, expecting maximum uptime and availability and security,” Brett Steele, vice president and general manager of ISS, said. “I am confident that Veronica has the experience and talent necessary to lead these groups to provide outstanding service levels we expect.”

Tucker is a proven technologist with 15+ years of experience in technology infrastructure management and information security assessment. “It is an honor to lead the Technical Services group and be able to continue establishing a world-class support organization for EBSCO’s businesses,” Tucker said.
