Focusing on expansion and profitable growth, EBSCO Industries (EBSCO) is reorganizing its Real Estate platform into two strategic growth areas: Community Development and Income-Producing Real Estate (IPRE).
EBSCO is pleased to announce the appointment of Jimmy Adams as CEO of Income-Producing Real Estate. This newly formed role will lead multifamily investing, active adult partnerships, industrial real estate ventures, and all future income-producing real estate investment asset classes.
With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Adams is recognized for his strategic vision and leadership in the industry. His extensive background in business development aligns perfectly with EBSCO’s commitment to excellence and growth.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jimmy Adams to EBSCO’s family of businesses,” said J. David Walker, EBSCO Industries President & CEO. “His proven record of accomplishment and deep industry experience is a perfect fit with our desire to expand and innovate within our income-producing real estate asset platform. Jimmy’s appointment underscores our commitment to attracting the best talent to drive our strategic initiatives forward.”
Before joining EBSCO Industries, Adams co-founded Stout Ventures and previously served as Executive Vice-Chair of Cushman & Wakefield. Adams has successfully built top-performing teams, led many high-impact projects, and expanded real estate portfolios through key initiatives. His ability to foster collaborative environments and drive sustainable growth has shown positive contributions and created a strong record of accomplishment.
“I am honored and excited to join EBSCO Industries,” said Adams. “I look forward to working with the talented team at EBSCO to build on the company’s strong foundation and to help achieve its ambitious goals.”
Jay Page, who joined EBSCO in 2014 and led significant growth within EBSCO’s real estate investment platform over the last decade, will transition to be CEO of Community Development, responsible for Alys Beach, Lupin Beach, Lake Powell, Mt Laurel, and EBSCO Ecosystems.
Jay Page’s continued leadership will support and expand EBSCO’s efforts and ambitions in Community Development, while the addition of Jimmy Adams will position EBSCO to further its goal of aggressively growing its income-producing real estate assets. As a diverse company with a long history of success, EBSCO is now even better positioned to grow in multiple real estate areas.
