Sam Badger, Senior Vice President with CBRE\u2019s Advisory & Transaction Services group, served as Luxor\u2019s broker in the search for the new property, and Vivek Singla with CBRE\u2019s Project Management team served as Luxor\u2019s tenant improvement project manager during the final buildout.Highlights include 36\u2019 clear high ceilings, 22 docks, and a 7,000-square-foot fully furnished front office area complete with a conference room, breakroom, and offices. The east exterior wall of the building features a backlit Luxor Workspaces logo, easily visible to the thousands of drivers who travel along I-94 each day.\u201cThis move represents a long-term investment in both our company and the area,\u201d said Davis Ozier, Director of Operations for Luxor Workspaces. \u201cAfter a strategic review, we identified the need to optimize our distribution capabilities to best position us for future growth. We also decided to maintain our strong presence in the region while streamlining operations to better serve our longtime partners in the area.\u201d\u201cWhen you visit our new warehouse, you\u2019re likely to see someone who has served our customers for 10, 20, or even 30 years,\u201d added Luxor President, Paul Roche. \u201cConsidering that most of our employees are located around southeastern Wisconsin and the northern suburbs of Illinois, it was vital to choose a location that enabled our existing team members to continue providing industry-leading fulfillment to our customers, while creating new employment opportunities in the area.\u201dWith the move taking place just prior to the Thanksgiving holiday, outbound shipments are back up to full capacity.
