Adam embarked on his journey with EBSCO in 2022, spearheading the establishment of the company’s inaugural Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) area. Since its inception, FP&A’s primary mission has been to analyze, evaluate, report on, and enhance financial performance while ensuring the intelligent allocation of capital across EBSCO’s businesses. To accomplish this, FP&A is deeply involved in cultivating strong partnerships with business leaders and driving innovation through the development of new tools, technologies, and process enhancements.

With over 15 years of experience in various FP&A, corporate strategy and accounting roles, Adam has honed his expertise across diverse industries, including public accounting, management consulting, commercial aviation, and healthcare.
